Nice Meridia

The climate of Nice and mediterranean culture was the point of departure for the design. The project is integrated into the urban fabric of Nice and balances density in a respectful way.

The enhacement of well being as a lifestyle is brought around by a mix of function and common spaces, that guarantee a diversity of situations and users.

Moreover, the project follows principles of pre-fabrication to guarantee the feasibility. Careful attention has been taken in the use of materials, blending with the environment and offering good environmental performance.
