The aim is to create a skillful and agile strategy for the development of the innovation village. The process was driven by three principles: commitment to incorporate elements of the history of the site, to plan for the unknown, to use prefabrication as a construction vocabulary.

The flexibility of the design allows to reproduce the same forms on different configurations all over the site, depending on the needs and requirments of each company. The existing elements are used to develop new typologies.

The modular system makes it possible .to adapt and evolve in harmony with the coming urban transformations surroundinf the site
