An important step for Annecy! The referential for good building is launched!

It is based on 3 axes:

- #Development: reduction of land artificialisation, mobility evolution...

- Planning: services within a 15-minute walk or bike ride...

- Building: limiting energy consumption, reconsidering the water cycle...

During this presentation on 3 May 2022, there were many speakers, notably Sylvain Grisot and Christine Leconte, who presented their book Réparons la Ville !
