Clément Blanchet Architecture to design the “D Day” experience in Carentan / Normandy

An extraordinary “architectural vessel” will travel half a kilometer to go through a rigorous and scientifical memorial movement.

This mobile theater on wheels will conduct 1000 persons into action, fully charged with emotion. It will reconnect the chronological events of the Army landing on June 6th, 1944.

“The architectural experience is looking at all settings such memory may remain not only intact but alive, and propose a scientific and popular emotion” #clementblanchet
