A new intervention on the Tourangeau territory!

Clément Blanchet Architecture, reveals the urban and architectural future of the former Michelin wasteland of 20HA in Joué-les-Tours (FR).

On Tuesday 23 November 2021 in Joué les Tours, in the presence of Frédéric Augis, Mayor of Joué les Tours and President of Tours Métropole Val de Loire, Thierry Martin-Lassagne, in charge of public affairs and development at Michelin, Clément Mignet, CEO of la Set, Charles Jalicon and Emilie Guesdon from EXIA, Clément Blanchet unveiled the main urban and architectural features of the project.
