We won! A new project in Le Havre!

Following the jury presentation and deliberation by Edouard Philippe, Clement Blanchet Architecture has been selected winner of the competition to build a new urban campus Weform for Oceanis.

In order to address the context we decided to sample the different pre existing urban substances of Le Havre and reconsider them into a modern urban block reaching maximum interactions, while offering optimal living conditions.
