New Le Grillé to open!
Clément Blanchet Architecture to re-brand and design restaurants for the Parisian's Kebab "Le Grillé". Several new "Grillé" experiences are scheduled to open in Paris and around the world in the next few years and unveil the new concept.
Created by well-known name of the Parisian gastronomy scene Frédéric Peneau, and in close collaboration with butcher Hugo Desnoyer, Inaki Aizpitarte, and Marie Carcassonne, Grillé’s concept reinvent the humble kebab into something healthy and full of flavour.
After Le Dauphin ( Paris), Le Chabanais (London), Le Grillé 1 (Paris), new adventures to be continued!
